Independent Conformity Certification for Progressive Depletion Minting

MannCert Ltd is the independent certification body for implementations of Progressive Depletion Minting (PDM). We define conformance standards, assess implementations against those standards, and maintain the public registry of certified deployments.

Certification provides an independent, verifiable record that an implementation meets the behavioural, structural, and governance requirements defined in the published PDM Conformance Standard.

Certification and licensing are separate functions governed by separate entities. MannCert does not develop, license, or consult on the PDM framework.

What MannCert Does

•       Defines and publishes PDM conformance standards

•       Assesses implementations against those standards

•       Maintains the public MannCert Registry of certified implementations

•       Governs enforcement, suspension, and revocation of certification status

What MannCert Does Not Do

•       Develop, explain, or promote the PDM framework

•       Grant implementation rights or licences

•       Provide consulting, advisory, or implementation guidance

•       Assess commercial viability or recommend adoption

Registry

The MannCert Registry is a public record of all current and historical certification outcomes. Each entry includes the certified entity, scope, certification date, status, and any conditions or enforcement actions.

Certification Process

Certification follows a structured assessment pathway from application through to registry listing. The process is transparent, consistent, and auditable.

Standards

All assessments are conducted against the current published version of the PDM Conformance Standard. Standards are maintained and updated through formal governance procedures.

Licensing Notice

Certification does not grant, imply, or substitute for an implementation licence. Licensing is governed by the intellectual property rights holder under separate legal arrangements. Entities seeking to implement PDM should confirm their licensing position independently
