“MannCert” means MannCert Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

“User” means any individual or organisation accessing the website, materials, or services.

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to MannCert websites, publications, certification services, and the registry. By accessing MannCert, you agree to these Terms.

3. Nature of MannCert

• Defines and maintains conformance standards

• Conducts conformity assessments

• Operates the public registry

• Governs enforcement actions

MannCert does not develop or promote the PDM framework, grant licences, or provide consulting.

4. No Licence Granted

Certification does not grant any licence or permission to implement. Licensing is governed under separate legal arrangements.

5. Certification Status

Confirms conformity at the time of assessment. Does not guarantee future performance, regulatory compliance, or fitness for purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misrepresent certification status

• Do not claim endorsement where none exists

• Do not reproduce standards without permission

• Do not interfere with the registry or website

• Do not use MannCert marks in a misleading manner

7. Intellectual Property

All standards, documentation, and registry structures are intellectual property of MannCert Ltd.

8. Fees

Agreed in advance. Payment does not guarantee certification. Non-refundable unless expressly stated.

9. Limitations of Liability

MannCert Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability prohibited from exclusion by law.
