Each record is cryptographically chained to the previous entry, creating a tamper-evident sequence that cannot be altered without detection.

Registry listing confirms conformity at the time of assessment. It does not confirm that the entity holds a valid implementation licence, which is governed under separate legal arrangements. Registry listing does not constitute endorsement.
